– Massachusetts Maritime Academy: Developing Facilities Leaders

Massachusetts Maritime Academy (MMA) is highly regarded for preparing both undergraduate and graduate-level students for engineering and leadership positions in facilities management throughout the country and abroad.  MMA professionals will discuss how they have adapted their skills and leadership to develop programs to meet the emerging needs of the Facilities industry.  Gain ideas for developing your own internal talent and closing the workforce challenges.

 

– Panel Discussion: Guiding Principles for Designing/Maintaining STEM Buildings

Panel discussion will explore current industry trends and guiding principles for designing, constructing, and maintaining STEM buildings.  The discussion will center around spaces that provide students with practical and immersive learning experiences, as well as addressing the challenges educational institutions face in designing flexible and efficient spaces that can be easily adapted and maintained.

The panelists will include a diverse group of experts with extensive experience in STEM.  They will bring their unique perspectives and insights to the discussion, offering valuable information and innovative ideas for addressing the evolving needs of today’s campuses.  Highlighting MMA’s new 36,000 sf STEM facility’s currently in design, this promises to be an informative and engaging event offering valuable insights and actionable strategies for anyone involved in STEM building design and construction.
