It is an honor to share this message with the remarkable SNEAPPA community, a vibrant network of business leaders, higher education institutions, and K–12 schools united by a common purpose: to inspire learning, strengthen workforce readiness, and expand networking opportunities that build a stronger facilities community.

Our collective impact reaches far beyond classrooms and boardrooms. By fostering partnerships between business and education, we help students envision their futures with confidence while providing employers with a pipeline of talented, well-prepared graduates.

I am deeply honored to have been elected your President in 2025 and will work diligently to build on the momentum established by my predecessors. Over the next two years, we will focus on deepening educational engagement, supporting future events that strengthen our organization, and proud hosting chapter of the 2026 ERAPPA Annual Conference. Your engagement, ideas, and leadership remain essential to this mission.

My journey with SNEAPPA began when I joined the University of Connecticut Facilities Team in 2017, managing nine trade departments at the Storrs campus. In 2022, I became Regional Facilities Manager, overseeing all UConn Regional Campuses and many Agriculture Extensions.

I would like to Thank our Board and Business Partner’s for their unwavering volunteerism, dedication, and partnership. Let us move forward with purpose, united by our shared vision and driven by the belief that together, we can build a brighter future, one campus, one student, and one partnership at a time across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.

With appreciation,

Glen Mathieu
President, SNEAPPA
