SNEAPPA is excited to be launching our planning phase for ERAPPA 2026. This conference includes 20-30 one-hour educational sessions encompassing a range of educational facilities management topics including (but not limited to) leadership, staffing, HR, administration, project design & construction, energy & utilities, technology, operations & maintenance best practices and emerging trends. The conference will also include a Hall of Resources for collaboration and networking with up to 100 vendor booths.

We are looking to start forming the committees that will make this event possible and are looking for volunteers:

Finance Committee:

  • Create budget and ledger
  • Track invoices and payments
  • Track income
  • Reconcile budget


Entertainment/Special Events Committee:

  • Explore and source entertainment options for all events


Business Partner Committee:

  • Liaison with local business partners about opportunities
  • Set guidelines for sponsorship
  • Sponsorship recruitment
  • Hall of Resources exhibit hall planning


Professional Development Committee:

  • Develop and track educational sessions
  • Call for and review of presentation with ERAPPA PD committee
  • Contract with any speakers


Promotions & Communication Committee:

  • Website Development
  • Develop marketing strategy
  • Giveaway coordination



  • Ensure meetings are effectively organized and recorded
