-->SNEAPPA’s 2024 Summer Meeting will be held at URI’s Narragansett Bay Campus on Tuesday, June 18 with a full agenda of current topics affecting Facilities teams across the spectrum. URI and principal partners will share facets of its Master Plan underway at the Bay Campus followed by a panel discussion of Custodial Staffing Models with reps from the University of Massachusetts system and our business partner community. The program will wrap with a presentation on Cyber Security Awareness for Facilities Managers — currently a hot topic in our respective worlds. AGENDA.
Plan to stay following our annual New England Clambake-themed lunch to take advantage of one of the three tours offered: R/V ENDEAVOR, a 185-foot ship owned by the National Science Foundation that has been operated by URI to serve scientists around the planet since 1976; URI’s Nuclear Research Facility; or Robert Ballard’s Inner Space Lab. Please note, a valid government-issued ID and closed toe shoes (no heels, sandals) are required for all campus tours.
